Rest In Peace Kyree Jackson, Former Oregon CB Khyree dead

Tragic, my prayers are with the Jackson family and all of Kyree‘s team mates. My heartfelt condolences go out to all who knew and loved him. God Bless you. Absolutely horrible news about Kyree Jackson. Worked his butt off to make it to NFL and didnt even get his chance. Gone way too soon. Prayers to his family, friends and teammates.

Played in nine games, making one start … recorded seven tackles, including one for loss of yardage (-2 yards) … was selected as one of the Alabama coaches’ special teams players of the week for his performance against Utah State in the home opener.

• Utah State: Made an impact at cornerback and on special teams against the Aggies … finished with two tackles, including one for loss of yardage (-2 yards).
• Texas: Started at cornerback … totaled three tackles on the day, including one on punt coverage and one on kickoff coverage.
• ULM: Left the game early due to a lower leg injury … saw action at cornerback prior to his exit.
• Vanderbilt: Played on defense and special teams against the Commodores.
• Arkansas: Contributed on special teams at Fayetteville.
• Texas A&M: Recorded one tackle on kickoff coverage.
• Tennessee: Played special teams against the Vols.
• Mississippi State: Made one tackle on kickoff coverage…also played defense during the Homecoming game.
• LSU: Worked on special teams at Baton Rouge.
